House Painting in Lee’s Summit, MO

From historic downtown homes to large new-build subdivisions.

Lee’s Summit is one of the larger and more varied markets we serve. Downtown and the surrounding older streets have homes with genuine age and character. Push out toward the newer developments and you are looking at big two-story builds with tall elevations and a lot of surface area. Minkler Painting handles both, and prices them honestly.

Interior Painting in Lee’s Summit

Older homes near downtown often mean plaster, original trim, and oil-based paint hiding under later coats — all of which need real prep, not a quick recoat. Newer subdivision homes bring two-story great rooms, tall stairwells and open plans that need proper staging and a steady hand at the cut lines. Different houses, different jobs.

Kitchen Cabinet Refinishing

Lee’s Summit kitchens are frequently large, with a lot of cabinet doors and quality boxes worth keeping. That makes them ideal candidates for refinishing rather than replacement. We spray a durable urethane topcoat in a controlled setup so the result is smooth and even, not brushed and streaky.

Let us earn your trust, exceed your expectations, and bring your vision to life — one coat at a time.

Exterior Painting in Lee’s Summit, MO

Larger homes mean more elevation, more trim, more places for water to get in and more that can go wrong if the prep is skipped. We power wash, scrape, replace rotted siding and trim, prime, and caulk before painting. Premium coatings rated for Missouri sun and freeze-thaw winters do the rest.

Straight Estimates on Big Jobs

On a large home the estimate matters. You get a written scope, a start date, and a clear explanation of what we found and what it will cost — including anything we uncover once we start scraping. No mid-job surprises tacked onto the invoice.

Every step of the way, Cloud stayed in constant communication and let us know what was happening. He also took care of any problem issues and made them right. Our house looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Minkler Painting!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Minkler painting LLC transformed my dark drab kitchen cabinets! I cannot say enough good things about this team of painters - they were professional thorough, meticulous with attention to detail and also fun! I wanted to have my cabinets done for years but it is scary and fairly expensive. You hear all kinds of horror stories about contractors who start the job and then don’t come back for days -Cloud told me they would complete the project in approximately five days. They stay till 830 last night finishing everything and cleaning up beautifully. I also have a new respect and understanding for the process of redoing cabinets Cloud and his team, Cody and Trey, did not cut any corners on degreasing, patching, sanding, priming, painting, and sealing the kitchen like an episode of Dexter lol - it was really something to see - so if you need any kind of interior or exterior painting, don’t hesitate to call Minkler Painting I highly recommend them

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding! After years of raising kids and working I needed to get the house ready to sell so I could downsize. Cloud and his team at Minkler Painting were on it. A great price, and an even better turn time to get me scheduled and completed. They did everything, repaired the wall imperfections, moved the furniture, and I was even able to sleep at home each night. They took care of the little things and a couple big things that weren't on the bid. I could not recommend them higher.
