House Painting in Lenexa, KS

Painting, cabinet refinishing and wood rot repair throughout Lenexa.

Lenexa runs from Old Town, with its older and more modest homes, out to newer subdivisions on the western edge. That spread means we see everything from 1960s ranches with original wood siding to 2010s builds with Hardie board and stone. Minkler Painting prices and preps for the house in front of us.

Exterior Painting in Lenexa, KS

Kansas weather is the enemy of exterior paint — hot sun on the south and west elevations, then freeze-thaw cycles that lift every unsealed edge. Our process is power washing, scraping, wood rot repair, priming and full re-caulking before finish coats. Skipping any of those is why paint jobs fail early.

Wood Rot and Siding Repair

We find rot on most exterior jobs — usually at trim ends, around windows, and behind failed caulk. We replace the damaged material rather than painting over it. Painting rotted wood hides it for a season and costs you far more later.

Let us earn your trust, exceed your expectations, and bring your vision to life — one coat at a time.

Interior Painting and Cabinets

Inside, we handle walls, ceilings, trim and doors, plus cabinet refinishing. A sprayed urethane cabinet finish is the single highest-impact update available to most Lenexa kitchens, and it does not require living without a kitchen for two months.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cloud and him team did an excellent job painting our house, despite weather issues all summer long. Every step of the way, Cloud stayed in constant communication and let us know what was happening. He also took care of any problem issues and made them right. Our house looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Minkler Painting!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Minkler painting LLC transformed my dark drab kitchen cabinets! I cannot say enough good things about this team of painters - they were professional thorough, meticulous with attention to detail and also fun! I wanted to have my cabinets done for years but it is scary and fairly expensive. You hear all kinds of horror stories about contractors who start the job and then don’t come back for days -Cloud told me they would complete the project in approximately five days. They stay till 830 last night finishing everything and cleaning up beautifully. I also have a new respect and understanding for the process of redoing cabinets Cloud and his team, Cody and Trey, did not cut any corners on degreasing, patching, sanding, priming, painting, and sealing the kitchen like an episode of Dexter lol - it was really something to see - so if you need any kind of interior or exterior painting, don’t hesitate to call Minkler Painting I highly recommend them

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding! After years of raising kids and working I needed to get the house ready to sell so I could downsize. Cloud and his team at Minkler Painting were on it. A great price, and an even better turn time to get me scheduled and completed. They did everything, repaired the wall imperfections, moved the furniture, and I was even able to sleep at home each night. They took care of the little things and a couple big things that weren't on the bid. I could not recommend them higher.
